I need a regimen...

I suck at this. But, it must be done if I want to go from a 12 to a 2. 
I plan on losing 50 lbs the healthy way so, here goes nothing.


Breakfast:8am 
Snack: 12pm
Lunch:2pm
Snack:6pm
Dinner: 8pm
Snack:10pm
Sleep: 7hrs 12am- 7am
