Day 4

I woke up late. 4:30pm.
The first thing I did was weigh myself.
167.4!!!
I must be doing something right.


Meal 1 (4:45pm) 1cup of Special K  w/ .5 cup of Silk milk (

Day 3

So, I weighed myself before I got something to eat today and I'm 168.8!

Meal 1: 
Pasta w/ veggies and alfredo sauce (260 cal.) 

Meal 2:
Special K cereal and 1/2 cup of Silk milk plain (175 cal.)

Snack:
Steamed string beans (35cal.)

Meal 3:
Special K and 1/2 cup of Silk milk plain (175 cal) Sooooo goood. :)


(Edit: Late night snack...smh)

A buttered roll and three bites of tuna w/pasta and veggies... (avg. 250 cal.)

Total calories: 895

I need a regimen...

I suck at this. But, it must be done if I want to go from a 12 to a 2. 
I plan on losing 50 lbs the healthy way so, here goes nothing.


Breakfast:8am 
Snack: 12pm
Lunch:2pm
Snack:6pm
Dinner: 8pm
Snack:10pm
Sleep: 7hrs 12am- 7am


Day 2

It is hard to drink about 64 oz of water daily. But, I'm holding myself to it.

Here's what for dinner...


Bottle of 16 ounces of water
Pasta w/ cheese broccoli and steamed string beans

Total calories: 245

Day 1

Obesity. Disease. Unhappiness. 
These are the traits that run in my family. I'm on the quest to stop this generational curse and put an end to it once and for all. Although I was an active child, I juggled with my weight throughout my teenage years. In the 9th grade, I was 140 lbs. It suited me well since I was built proportionally. But, now at 23 years of age at 5'5", I long for that weight again. I've attempted this blogging thing a plethora of times before but, failed to keep up with it...

Sounds like my dieting plans...

But, here I am. Once again. To tackle this hurdle. One stick of celery at a time. :)


Starting Weight: 175.0 lbs 
Current Weight: 169.0 lbs
Goal Weight: 130.0 lbs
Ultimate Weight: 115.0 lbs
